For Sessions - You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of 2 business day preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations or a no show, will subject to be charged 100% of the scheduled service, workshop or event price. Service Packages are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year after purchase date. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date. All workshop down payments (and full payments) are non-refundable, and for events as well. Prices are suggest to change.
